Here's the Drift

The basis for this workbook is simple and powerful. we humans have a silent source of constant information that flows from our thought, and the content of that thought is the main determining factor in our ability to control, and
therefore, enjoy, our lives. In the course of classic
education, the development of this skill is neglected, and the impression that "the world" is "out there, somewhere" takes the place of one's own sense of power, control, and pleasure.

Take an aspect of your life, a problem, goal, wish, confusion, and break it down into as many small steps as you can, then add them back up, like an equasion. Write down the answers to each of
the questions, date the page, use the insight you will gather, and check it again in a few weeks. The more you understand what it is that you're doing, the better chance you have at being able to
control and enjoy the events in your life.
